The American Dream of prosperity and success has invaded the Church of Jesus Christ, reducing the gospel of the present, dynamic, triumphant Kingdom of God wholly to the future. We believe there are millions of fellow-believes out there who are in search of a way forward in the Christian life and need encouragement confidently to live in the Kingdom now. We are with you!
Our hope, and the reason Barbara and I are in this fight, is that we might touch those among the unchurched, the “Nones”, the “Dones”, and those of us truly seeking after the Kingdom of God (Matt 6:33). Yet, we cannot be relevant in this outreach unless we get to know each other and work through our struggles – our walk with Christ – together.
